Shawn Paschal

Senior Pastor

Pastor Shawn is relentless in proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world. His calling is to see the Church built upon the truths of Scripture and to encourage disciples of Jesus to grow and thrive.

Pastor Shawn and his wife Whitney have served in full time ministry for 20 years. They began serving Inglewood in January 2017. They are both originally from Weatherford, Texas and have been married for 21 years. They have three boys, Ethan, Elan, and Eli.

Pastor Shawn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hardin-Simmons University and a Master of Theology from Criswell College. He currently serves as a trustee of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Whitney earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University and currently works at DBU.

In his free time, Shawn enjoys time with family, traveling, reading, hunting and fishing.


Aaron Ledford

Minister of Administration and Worship

Aaron began serving Inglewood as Minister of Administration and Worship in December 2012. Aaron has been saved by God’s grace, called into ministry, and served churches in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, and Texas. Aaron earned his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and undergraduate music degrees from Dallas Baptist University and Central Baptist College. Aaron married his college sweetheart Karice in 2005 and they are the proud parents of Jackson and Weldon.

Whether leading a crowd in musical worship or doing administrative work, the goal is the same: to point people to Christ and teach them to honor Him through obedient living and sharing the Gospel.


Ed Miller

Minister of Missions and Pastoral Care

Ed has been serving Inglewood as Minister of Missions and Pastoral care since January 2010. Prior to coming to Inglewood, Ed and his wife Linda served for over 31 years in Zambia, Africa as missionaries with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. Prior to missionary service, Ed served for 17 years on several Texas church staff positions as Minister of Music, Education, and Youth. Ed’s education includes Bachelors of Music Education (’66) from East Texas State University, Masters in Church Music (’71) and Masters in Religious Education (’71) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also did advanced study toward the Masters in Missions from Southwestern Seminary. The Miller’s have three adult children who live in the DFW Metroplex along with seven grandchildren.

Sharon Ngai

Minister of Children and Preschool

Sharon joined the Inglewood staff in January 2018. She earned her Masters of Divinity in children’s ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion & Theology and Social Work from Redeemer University College in Canada. Sharon’s desire is to see children grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ and learn to actively love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind and strength.

Sharon and her husband Michael live in Grand Prairie and are  proud parents to Levi.
